Full-body sculpting, each body parts will be exercising and stretching. We will help you to warm-up yourself by stretching motions which assist you having better circulation for your meridian and lymphatic system. Followed by a series of supplementary motions will make you sweating, sliming your body and tempering your cardiopulmonary function. Exercising includes some balance moves can strengthen your will and concentration. Also, some effective postures and movements can tighten your hip, upper and lower abdomen and you can fully relax and release all your irritability and anxiety in the final rest of the class. This is a very comprehensive slimming course.
